It's been announced that rock band ONE OK ROCK and actors Sato Takeru and Kamiki Ryunosuke will be leaving entertainment company AMUSE at the end of the month. 

On April 1, ONE OK ROCK will start their own company '10969 Co., Ltd.' to focus their activities abroad. Similarly, Sato and Kamiki will start up 'Co-LaVo Co., Ltd.' invested by AMUSE. 

According to AMUSE, '10969' will be represented by ONE OK ROCK's chief manager, while the representative of 'Co-LaVo' will be AMUSE director Chiba Nobuhiro. Sato and Kamiki's managers will be transferred to 'Co-LaVo' and AMUSE president Osato Yokichi will also serve as their advisor. In addition, AMUSE will continue to support ONE OK ROCK by running their fan club, arranging tours overseas, marketing goods, etc.
